Paper on chocolate tribology ranks #1 in Altmetric score within all outputs published in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces


The paper titled “Insights into the Multiscale Lubrication Mechanism of Edible Phase Change Materials” published in ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces ( has ranked #1 in Altmetric score (online attention) in all outputs published in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces (ACS AM&I) in a matter of days. The paper was featured as the journal cover for ACS AM&I and has been downloaded >4000 times within two weeks.

Congratulations to all the authors: Dr. Siavash Soltanahmadi (Postdoctoral Fellow, ERC LubSat Project), Professor Michael Bryant (collaborator from the School of Mechanical Engineering) and Professor Anwesha Sarkar (PI, Sarkar Lab).
