MASSIVE congratulations to Dr. Ophelie Torres and Feng Xu for graduating today. The PhD thesis topic of Dr. Torres was "Emulson microgel particles: From Design to oral to gastrointestinal digestion". Feng's MRes thesis was on "Towards designing biomimetic salivary pellicle: layer-by-layer assembly of bovine submaxillary mucin and lactoferrin".
