Huge congratulations to Frances Brown (PhD Student, BBSRC DTP match funded by Mondelez) on passing her PhD viva with minor corrections on her thesis titled “The influence of protein type, protein concentration, and mucin on oral lubrication properties in relation to mouthfeel. Fran's thesis was examined by Dr. Christine Bosch (internal) and Prof. Markus Stieger (Wageningen University and Research).
Massive congratulations Dr. Brown for her great accomplishments during her PhD journey including an internship at Mondelez, numerous oral and poster presentations in leading conferences, publishing a systematic review and leading an extraordinarily successful outreach activity on alternative proteins titled "UdderstandingAlternatives' in the "Be Curious" Outreach Event at the University of Leeds.
