Huge presence in Be Curious with "Feel for Food" and "Udderstanding Alternatives"

Team members from Sarkar Lab (Dr. Andrea Araiza-Calahorra, Dr. Siavash Soltanahmadi, Kwan Mo-You, Megan Holdstock, Frances Brown and Nitsuwat Supatchayaporn participated in the Be Curious Event at the University of Leeds on 13th May 2022. Stalls on “Feel for Food” and “Udderstanding alternatives” got so many curious minds engaged delivering the true impact of science of texture, tribology, plant proteins, viscosity and friction!
