Dr. Anwesha Sarkar gave the showcase oral presentation on "Salivary lubrication explained by a self-assembled binary protein model: A macro- to nano-scale study. Dr. Evangelos Liamas (Postdoctoral fellow, ERC LubSat) and Morfo Zembyla (PhD Student) gave poster presentations on "Friction forces between soft model surfaces: A nanoscale approach" and "Pickering water-in-oil (w/o) emulsions stabilized by an interfacial complex of polyphenol crystals and protein.
