PhD students participated in Bragg PhD Colloquium 2023 with Jenny winning the runner-up poster prize

Bianca Hatz, Jennifer aka Jenny McLauchlan and Jun Yang presented posters today at the Bragg PhD Colloqium 2023, Leeds, UK.

Jenny McLauchlan (PhD Student, SOFI2 CDT and Oatly) presented a poster titled "Oat proteins: understanding so far on structure-function relationship" and she also won the runners-up poster prize today. Congratulations Jenny.

Bianca Hatz (PhD Student, SOFI2 CDT and Reckitt Benckiser) presented a poster titled "Mucoadhesion of colloidal materials- REview of behaviour across length and time scales".

Jun Yang (Visiting PhD Student, CSC Chinese Scholarship) presented a poster titled "Effect of electrospraying on the preparation and characterization of zein particles".
